Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut each pita with scissors along to make two identical circles. Fold the pitas on top of each other and cut into 6 triangles. Lay the pieces with the inside down, lightly grease each with oil and salt.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

We cut each pita bread in half, and halves are divided into three parts in the form of triangles. Separate the chopped pieces. With each half of pita bread 6 triangles should turn out. We spread them on a baking sheet in one layer. The pan does not need to be oiled.
